30-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your Love subscription, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date — no questions asked. This applies to both monthly and annual plans, including renewals.

How to request a refund

Our payments are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

  1. Go to paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used to subscribe.
  2. Open the order and choose "Request a refund".
  3. Or write to us at hello@nekos.love and we will help process it.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time from paddle.net or from the link in your purchase emails. After cancellation, your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, and then your account returns to the Free plan. Your diary and photos remain accessible within the Free plan's limits.
